What Working With Me Looks Like

If you choose to move forward (yay!), once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid:

I’ll create a three-way text thread (just you and me if you’re a single parent), so you have direct, easy access to me at any time.
I’ll send you helpful resources like

  Essential items to help you recover, rest, and care for your baby.

  Track contractions easily and know when it’s time to go.

Ongoing Support Timeline

Ongoing: You can always reach out to me as needed.
Monthly check-ins: Until 34 weeks, we’ll stay in touch monthly just to see how things are going.
34 Weeks: We’ll have your first prenatal visit in person at your home. During that visit:
- 📝 Reviewing Your Birth Plan & Tip Sheet
  We'll talk through your preferences and make sure you're feeling confident and prepared.
- 🤱 Comfort Measures & Spinning Babies Techniques
  I’ll guide you through hands-on tools and movements to support a smoother, more comfortable labor.
Second Prenatal (Zoom): We’ll go over the birth process from start to finish and make sure you feel ready.
