Client Testimonials
“Dina was a fabulous resource and coach for the birth of my daughter. I appreciated her information on wellness and postpartum recovery. She advocated for me in the hospital and had enormous credibility with the nursing staff. I recommend her for any first time moms and older moms like me! A+++ She really cares about her clients and her communications are timely and informative. Superb lactation advice which helped me with breastfeeding.”

Having Dina as my birth doula was an experience above and beyond my expectations! Dina is patient, straightforward, kind, approcheable and confident. I credit Dina's support, coaching and work with me during labor for the smooth experience I had. Baby was not engaging for a long time and possibly in a bad position. However, with Dina's help with positions, etc. we were able to get baby aligned for a fast delivery. Dina is a great advocate when it comes to medical decisions big and small. She checks in on the birth parent as well as the non-birth parent to ensure that nothing is missed in the experience. Everyone should be as lucky to have the support of a birth doula like Dina!

Doula Dina was awesome! She accompanied me and my husband as I gave birth to my daughter. I was induced and she arrive right around when active labor started. She helped get me into lots of different positions for contractions, she realized I was trying to push before I did, so she got the doctor to see if I was ready. My husband had been skeptical of the idea of a doula beforehand, but at the end he said he understood and was very glad Dina was there.
